I've been running more in the evening with the extended daylight hours and it's definitely having a negative impact on my sleep :/ but glad that that's not happening to you! I also have a fun food discovery - savory protein bars from SVRY Nutrition. Tasty, filling and totally different

Hey Anne Marie, Gail here. Want to share a new staple I picked up in Mexico. Our hotel had a hearty breakfast buffet that always included frijoles in some form, usually a refried, creamy (without cream) blend. Since returning I’ve had a can of fat free refried beans on hand. Heating it with some broth and salsa makes it thin enough to easily drizzle or spread on a tortilla and maybe top with a little queso fresco. Makes an easy, healthy lunch and keeps in the fridge for days.
Hey Gail! What a cool idea!! I love this. I've been obsessed this week with nonfat greek yogurt as a protein-rich condiment/dressing and I wonder if the refried beans swirled into the yogurt would also be delicious. . .sort of a Mexican 'crema' vibe?
